The dinner was hosted by the CEO Africa 2, Mrs. Sarata Koné Tiam, who led open and insightful discussions in a warm and welcoming setting.
During the session, Mrs. Koné Tiam shared her professional journey, highlighting the challenges she encountered and the lessons that have shaped her leadership style. Her candid and authentic reflections resonated deeply with participants, sparking rich exchanges and thoughtful conversations.
Beyond celebrating achievements, the event provided a platform for women to connect, motivate one another, and reinforce their commitment to balancing professional excellence with family responsibilities. It also served as a call to remain resilient, support one another, and continue striving for greater impact within and beyond the workplace.
The evening concluded with an interactive question and answer session, allowing participants to seek guidance, share perspectives, and strengthen their collective drive for growth and leadership.
